Your item(s) will need to be

• With an original proof of purchase.
• In an unused condition in its original packaging and with any tags or security seals intact.

 

If your item was delivered directly from one of our suppliers, you will need to follow the return instructions on the delivery note. If in doubt please do not hesitate to contact us.

For any products returned under the 100% satisfaction guarantee, a receipt is still required and products will be exchanged for another product at the same price point.

For orders outside our "local delivery radius" your delivery will be dispatched as soon as we have picked and packed your order. You will receive an e mail to confirm your order has been dispatched.

For deliveries within our "free local delivery radious" you will be contacted by either Claire or Lucy to confirm a day and approximate time of your delivery.

A refund of your original delivery charge or return postage costs will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods when all the items are returned.
